Delivery & Pickup: Delivery or pickup times are estimates. We aim to meet your requested times but cannot guarantee them.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled preparation time. No cancellations are allowed afterward.

Allergies & Dietary Needs: Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients. Kiye Fusion is not liable for allergic reactions.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available.

Kiye Fusion is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to food allergies, incorrect preparation by the customer, delays, or unforeseen events.​

2. Force Majeure
Kiye Fusion is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, power outages, or supplier issues.
