How can I make payments?
We currently accept Interac e-Transfer only. Payment is made securely before your order is prepared. Instructions are provided when you confirm your order.
Do you accept walk-in orders?
No, K-Fusion is pre-order only. This ensures every meal is freshly prepared and of the highest quality. Please place your order in advance.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing same-week orders at least 24–48 hours in advance. For larger catering or custom orders, please submit your inquiry at least 1–2 weeks in advance.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available, but at your cost. For larger catering orders, we recommend contacting us to plan logistics.
Can I request customized meals?
Yes! For customized food orders, send us an inquiry with your request. We’ll work together to create a menu just for you — fully personalized, adhering to your dietary needs, and designed to make your meal or event truly special.
Do you offer on-site catering?
At the moment, we do not have the capacity to host on-site events. However, this may change in the future, so you can always send us an inquiry to explore options.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
We can accommodate dietary needs for custom orders. Please include any restrictions or allergies in your inquiry so we can plan your meals safely.
Do you cater for large events?
Absolutely! For large catering orders, we can work with you to design a menu that suits your event perfectly. Please submit a Catering Inquiry to discuss your event and options.
